Why it matters
7 of 12 users (58%) are Super Admins. SpotCheck tolerates two Super Admins, or up to 15% of users, so a team keeps a backup administrator without spreading full control.
What to do
Review whether each Super Admin still needs full portal control.
How to fix it
- In HubSpot, open Settings, then Users & Teams, and filter by Super Admin.
- List each Super Admin and the reason they need full access.
- Move analysts and operators to custom roles with least privilege, then remove the Super Admin flag.
