No terms of service or legal page found

Why it matters

No terms of service or legal page was discoverable on the site, and no terms/legal link was found on the homepage. Most businesses need this to set the contractual basis for using the site or service.

What to do

Publish a terms/legal page and link it from the footer.

How to fix it

1. Draft or source a privacy policy and terms page appropriate to your jurisdiction and data practices.
2. Link both clearly from the site footer.
3. Review with legal counsel before publishing if handling any sensitive data categories.
